Q1 : What Is your motivation/reason to become an employee of this company ?

Because T&A is an automotive company which has good prospect in future. Therefore, i am interested in joining T&A, and I hope that I can get good career opportunity and a lot of experience.

Q2 : What is your current job ?

1. Issuing invoice, tax invoice, necessary documents for sales Inputting local sales, export sales, local.
2. Purchase, impoort purchase data manually and to system.
3. Controlling daily disbursement of cash expenses
4. Processing payment and payment data entry to system

Q3 : Do you hava any ideas/opinios toward T&A ?

Consider The company has strong family spirit so that we are able to make communication to complete works.

Q4 : What is your advice/input for those to be employed in future ?

Be prepared and try to love new works assigned by the compnay by taking full ownership, be ready and able to work under stress. Dicipline, diligent, work hard in finishing works should be made as working culture/ethics. Flexible communication shall be helpful in finishing works.
