Q1 : What Is your motivation/reason to become an employee of this company ?

T&A is one of the companies operating in the field of automotive industry in Indonesia. I think automotive industry has grown rapidly so that I will have good opportunity to get experience, and my career will open widely.

Q2 : What is your current job ?

I am doing control at line/group to make sure that production is done by complying with SOP, product of good quality produced, and fulfilling customers requests. Coordinating with QC, PPC and MTC, particulary directly with management to guarantee quality and stock of products for delivery

Q3 : Do you hava any ideas/opinios toward T&A ?

Considering to develop human resources to produce excellent products because I had given the opportunity to be trained in Japan as a part of new Machinery Project for stator lathe D/E line which will be manufactured in Indonesa to fulfill global requirements. Good team work for work.

Q4 : What is your advice/input for those to be employed in future ? ?

Must be prepared physically, mentally, discipline as well as working in team. Need to enhance knowledge on machinery. For example, how to measure dimensions which we already learned at Technical vocational high shcool. Because our jobs relate to machinery and measurement.
